Having been a customer for many years, and always appreciative of the service received from your staff, I would like to share an experience I had on Monday, December 1, 2014. I went in with a question concerning the repair of the lining of a coat I had brought. The desk checked with alterations, and I was taken to alterations, where I met Beverly. The problem was I needed the coat right away, and my question was concerning her schedule. She asked me if I had a few minutes. I sat down, watching the coat being repaired. I had not met Beverly previously. She was most gracious and accommodating. The coat belonged to a guest who had to leave. Obviously she enjoys what she is doing—I can tell just from watching her and chatting briefly. You are very fortunate to have her, and I was very fortunate to meet her.
