| Service Terms Authorization: I acknowledge that HandCraft Cleaners will exercise the highest level of care in handling my personal belongings and will always try to resolve any issue in a fair and equitable manner, but that damage may still occur during, or as the result of, the cleaning process. I, therefore, waive any claims of damage incurred during the ordinary course of cleaning and handling of my belongings, against HandCraft Cleaners or its subcontractors. I also accept responsibility for security of delivery, which shall be placed in an arranged location prior to the pick-up and delivery schedule. Location of items to be picked-up and delivered is secure and protected from damage including, but not limited to, theft, vandalism, and weather. |
