Free Pick-Up and Delivery
 Why try our Pick-up and Delivery Service? It’s easy, convenient, and free. Most importantly, you get HandCraft’s traditional quality and service excellence without leaving your home or office!
Here’s how it works….
- Call or click to set up the service
- Call Bill Groves, our Delivery Manager (804-201-5633), or click here
- We’ll set up a pre-approved account through your credit card
- You will receive 2 complimentary HandCraft laundry bags, and your pick-up and delivery schedule (either Monday / Thursday, or Tuesday / Friday)
- Place your clothes outside
- Simply leave your cleaning. Anything you’d normally bring to the cleaners, you can leave for us to pick up…dry cleaning, shirts, household, linens, comforters, even rugs.
- No need to be at home or call for pickup. We’ll check your home on each of your scheduled days.
- Write us a note with any special instructions
- Pay for your cleaning with convenient billing directly to your major credit card
- No delivery or membership fee
- Prices are the same as what you’d pay in our HandCraft stores
- Detailed receipts provided each time
- Credit card information is encrypted and electronically stored in our state-of-the-art computer systems.
- Three days later, your clothes are delivered with the same HandCraft quality you’ve come to expect.
