Here’s how it works….

1. Call or click to set up the service
   • Call Bill Groves, our Delivery Manager (804-201-5633), or click here
   • We’ll set up a pre-approved account through your credit card
   • You will receive 2 complimentary HandCraft laundry bags, and your pick-up and delivery schedule (either Monday / Thursday, or Tuesday / Friday)
2. Place your clothes outside
   • Simply leave your cleaning. Anything you’d normally bring to the cleaners, you can leave for us to pick up…dry cleaning, shirts, household, linens, comforters, even rugs.
   • No need to be at home or call for pickup. We’ll check your home on each of your scheduled days.
   • Write us a note with any special instructions
3. Pay for your cleaning with convenient billing directly to your major credit card
   • No delivery or membership fee
   • Prices are the same as what you’d pay in our HandCraft stores
   • Detailed receipts provided each time
   • Credit card information is encrypted and electronically stored in our state-of-the-art computer systems.
   • Three days later, your clothes are delivered with the same HandCraft quality you’ve come to expect.
