Here’s how it works….

1. Call or click to set up the service
   • Contact Steve Wells, our Route Sales Manager (804) 201-5633, or click here
   • You will receive two complimentary HandCraft laundry bags, and your pick-up and delivery schedule (Monday/Thursday, or Tuesday/Friday)
2. Place your cleaning outside for pick-up
   • Anything you would normally bring to the cleaners, you can leave for us to pick up…dry cleaning, laundry, linens, comforters, even rugs.
   • No need to be at home. We’ll check your home on each of your scheduled days.
3. Pay for your cleaning with convenient billing directly to your major credit card
   • No delivery or membership fee
   • Detailed receipts provided each time
   • Credit card information is encrypted and electronically stored in our state-of-the-art computer system.
   • Your cleaning will be returned with the same HandCraft quality you’ve come to expect.
   • Credit Card on File is Required to Receive Service
