• We start by hand inspecting and spotting each garment.
• Each garment is assigned a unique bar code that identifies the owner and any special care instructions. Our state of the art computer system tracks your items throughout our process.
• Our experts determine the proper cleaning method for each garment. We offer three different cleaning methods that allow us to be as delicate as possible while still getting your clothes clean. Many other cleaners do not have this cleaning flexibility.
• Next we clean separate loads of colored and white garments in clean, fresh solvent with the appropriate amount of soap automatically injected.
• This is followed by the hand finishing and pressing of each garment. Our finishing department staff average 20 years of experience each!
• Finally each garment is individually inspected to ensure that the cleaning and pressing is of the highest quality – to help you look your very best.
